Bio
Dr Pınar Engincan is Founder and Director of SPACE Studies of Planning and Architecture in London. She has recently resigned from her position at Maltepe University. Her main field of expertise is “Housing”. Her related research interests are housing policy and production, urbanisation, urbanisation policy, regeneration in residential areas, participatory design in housing, use and production of urban space. After she completed her PhD, she had researched in her field of expertise and had journal articles, conference papers, reports published, research projects and workshops participated and directed. Besides her research activities, she has experience in teaching graduate and undergraduate levels.
